I’m gonna need a better coloring style for this but umm oh well default gets the job done for figuring out colors schemes at least. I’m feeling really lazy today. Lazy and hungry.
The first completed & presentable character design for an original comic idea I’m working on. I’ve tried to set it at a more realistic size than previous attempts so that I can possibly finish it - I’m aiming for about 100-150 pages total, probably to be completed in the span of 1-2 years. It’s not the fastest of clips, sure, but since I have a full-time job I figure that’s a regular webcomic speed.
I’m using Soulseep as a way to catalog inspiration for worldbuilding and references right now, as well as a place to save notes and designs.
I’m forcing myself not to work on any actual pages until I have more done in terms of scripts.
NPCs for an RP I keep forgetting to run.
One of these days I will track down all the goddamn FFVII fanart I’ve done throughout the last decade-and-a-third and just throw it all together somewhere.
Didn’t want to jam up that post with a bunch of chatting. I kind of get embarrassed when my messes get reblogged with the picture.
Um so basically I was reading Earth X recently and gosh I love those Alex Ross movie-poster sort of covers with the floating heads. I really wanted to draw something like that. But man, Alex Ross I am not. And then I listened to a lot of Fall Out Boy.
I couldn’t figure out how to draw Noh-Varr’s face so I just drew his ass. (Not actually) sorry for making you a strong female character, Marvel Boy.
Also anyone who hates themselves can take a look at this version. I am actually sorry about that.
